I am in the process of getting Emotion Code treatments for severe disabling conditions, some that I’ve had for 20+ years. Among my diagnoses, most of which are so far not well understood or effectively treated by medical science, are myalgic encephalomyelitis (aka chronic fatigue syndrome), fibromyalgia, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome joint hypermobility type, dysautonomia, multiple chemical sensitivities, and ankylosing spondylitis. My symptoms include persistent extreme fatigue and musculoskeletal pain, brain fog, neuropathy, anxiety, and depression. After about 5 sessions of Emotion Code, I am noticing a gradual improvement in symptoms unlike anything I have experienced with previous medical interventions. After one session of Emotion Code painful neuropathy released from my feet. After the next session photosensitivity that made driving at night very difficult improved, and I could walk a few minutes longer. After each session my mood has improved in subtle ways, like feeling more patient and less anxious or frustrated in different situations. My spine has much less pain now, and when joints shift out of place it takes them less time to settle back into place. I can stand up longer. I have more stamina to get through my days and try new activities. I feel smarter, less brain-fogged. I am able to socialize more. I get sensory overload less. I have rebounded from external stresses faster. Bit by bit, my life is becoming more joyful and textured again.

My health issues are complex and longstanding. I know that this Emotion Code treatment is still a work in progress for me, but I am very grateful and encouraged by the benefits I have experienced so far. While the “how” of Emotion Code is difficult to grasp, the concept of releasing stuck energy works well with how I experience my illnesses in daily life. It also meshes well with modern explanations of trauma and illness put forth by experts like Peter Levine and Bessel van der Kolk.

Claudia is wonderful. She is a kind, thoughtful, non-judgmental listener who clearly wants the best for her clients. I am unfortunately used to both medical and alternative practitioners getting frustrated by the complexity of my multiple conditions. Claudia, on the other hand, has been consistently patient, accepting, and supportive with me from the start.
